Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kanunu (KVKK)
The Turkish Law on the Protection of Personal Data (Law No. 6698), which law came into force on 2016 to protect the fundamental rights and freedoms of individuals, particularly the right to privacy, against misuse of personal data.
It is enforced by the Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurumu (KVKK).
