A 49-digit key that must be included in every invoice. The Ecuadorian government requires that the application used by the taxpayer automatically generates this key. This is a mandatory requirement that defines the uniqueness of the invoice and acts as an authorization number. The SRI (Servicio de Rentas Internas) also uses this key to generate its response of approval or rejection.
