Create a report by running a template with your chosen parameters.

All license types can run existing templates. Creating templates and custom reports is available exclusively on Enterprise

1. Select Reports in the navigation menu to open Report Templates. Filter by country, sort any column, or search to find a template.
2. Select a template to open it. Its detail page has a Reports tab (all runs of this template) and a Rules tab.
3. Select Create Report.
4. Under Configuration, enter a Name for the report.
5. Set the run parameters. These parameters vary by template, such as:
   • Start/end of period

   • Country

   • Company

6. Select Create. Sovos Intelligence validates your input and flags any errors.
7. The new report appears in the template's Reports tab with its status and row count. Select it to open the results.
