Insights lets you explore your tax data by asking questions in plain language. Type a question and Insights interprets it, runs the analysis, and returns an answer without requiring SQL. Asking a question and building a saved report work as one continuous flow:

Question and answer

Ask a question and get a written answer with the supporting data. Insights returns a named analysis with a narrative and a results panel where you switch between Table, Query (the SQL Sovi AI generated), and Chart (when applicable). Best for exploring and understanding your data.

Agentic Reporting (Enterprise)

From the same conversation, ask Sovi AI to save the analysis as a report. Sovi AI creates the underlying query and a report template you can run again. See Create a report with Agentic Reporting.

Insights is available to Organization Admins and Collaborators. Read-Only users don't have Insights in their navigation. Q&A is available on both license types. Professional is limited to 25 prompts per organization per calendar month, resetting on the 1st of each month. Agentic Reporting requires Enterprise.
