Add properties

Start by importing your properties on the Properties page. Our import validations will help you identify and fix issues in your data. You can also manually add properties one at a time on the Properties page.

Manage properties

After importing, you can view and edit your properties on the Properties page.

Create due diligence letters

On the Due Diligence > Create Letters page, use the standard template to create due diligence letters. Then download a PDF version of the letters and send them to the property owners.

Report to states

When you're ready to start reporting, create state reports and cover sheets in the NAUPA file format. At the end of the process, we'll provide instructions on how to finish submitting your reports and remitting payment to the states.

Keep track of your reporting history

On the Properties page, use the Archived filter to review your reporting history. You can also download copies of your due diligence letters from the Letter History page and reports from the Report History page.

Review due diligence deadlines, state law changes, and compliance resources
