Add users (ReportMyUP)

Add users to give them access to your account.

Note:

These steps are for ReportMyUP customers only. If you're a ReportMyUP Plus customer, read the article on adding users in ReportMyUP Plus.

Your account can have up to three users. All users have Admin permission by default.

Go to Settings > Users.
Click Add user.
On the pop-up, enter the user's first name, last name, and email, then click Add.
The email address is the user's username.

An email invite is sent to the user from noreply@sovos.com. Read more about logging in with an email invite.
