Track and download properties, and review their detailed audit trails on the Properties page.

View properties

Track properties and customize the information you see on the Properties page.

Use the tabs and quick filters, configure your own advanced filters, search, and customize the table columns to view specific properties.

Tabs

The Current, Archived, and All tabs are highlighted.

Current
Properties that have not been reported yet.
Archived
Properties that have been reported or manually marked as archived.
All
Both current and archived properties.

Quick filters

  1. Click the Filter icon.
    The Filter icon is highlighted.
  2. Select how you want to filter the properties.
    Due date
    Properties that are dormant and due to be reported during the next reporting cycle.
    Primary owner state
    Select a state from the dropdown.
    Property code
    Select a property code from the dropdown.
    Status
    Select a property status from the dropdown.
  3. Click Apply.
    Tip:

    Click the Filter icon, then click Clear to remove any quick or advanced filters and show all properties for the tab you are on (Current, Archived, or All).

Advanced filters

  1. Click the Filter icon.
  2. Click the Plus icon in the Advanced filter section.
    The Plus icon in the Advanced filter section is highlighted.
  3. Select a field from the Columns dropdown. Select how to filter the field from the Operator dropdown, then enter a value.
    Note:

    If you're a ReportMyUP Plus customer, your custom fields are available as columns. Read more about custom fields.

  4. Optional: Click the Plus icon to add another custom filter and select if the new filter should have an And or Or relationship to the previous filter.
    Choosing And will only find properties where both filters are true, while choosing Or will find properties that fit either filter.
  5. Click Apply.
Click the X icon next to a filter to remove it or click Clear to start over.
Note:

If you open a property from a filtered table and then click Back, your filters reset. To return to the filtered table, click Properties in the menu instead of using the browser's Back button.

Search

  1. Click the Filter icon.
  2. Enter any letters, word, or numbers in the Search bar.
    The Search bar is highlighted.
  3. Click Apply.
Click the Filter icon, then click Clear to start over.

Customize the columns

  1. Click the Columns icon.
    The Columns icon is highlighted.
  2. Select and deselect the checkboxes next to the column names to add or remove them from the table.
    • You can search for a specific column in the search bar.

    • You can select Show/Hide All to view every column in the table. Deselect it to hide every column.

    • Click Reset to view the default columns.

    Note:

    If you're a ReportMyUP Plus customer, your custom fields are available as columns. Read more about custom fields.

The table will automatically update as you add and remove columns.

Tip:
  • Drag the column headers to rearrange the sequence of the columns.

  • To sort the property data by ascending or descending values in a particular column, click the column header.

The columns headers are highlighted.

Download properties

The download file will include all columns, including any custom fields you've added. The order of the column headers in the file will match how you arrange them in the table. Hidden columns will be included at the end in alphabetical order.
  1. Click Properties on the menu.
  2. Use the tabs and quick and advanced filters to view only the properties you want to download, then click Download properties as .xlsx.
    The Download properties as .xlsx button is highlighted.
    Tip:

    If you want to download all your properties, click the All tab and then click Download properties as .xlsx.

View a property's audit trail

Each property has a detailed audit trail that shows when the property was added (Insert) and edited (Update), by whom, and the before and after values for any affected fields. For official audits, it also shows when the due diligence letter was mailed and when the property was reported.
  1. On the Property details page, click the Audit trail tab.
  2. Click the Plus icon in front of a row to show the changes or activity.
    The Audit trail tab and the Plus and Minus icons are highlighted.
    Note:

    If the Sovos compliance team makes updates that modify any of the fields, those changes will also be shown here.
