This article provides more details about the available fields when adding or editing a customer.
Primary customer information

Relationships

Select Parent (or no relationship) if the customer is a parent of a child customer or if the customer is not related to other customers.

Select Child if the customer is a child of a parent customer, then search for the parent customer and click it to assign the child to the parent.

As an optional step, set your email preferences for the customer:

If the customer is a parent and you want to direct all emails sent to their children to the parent's email address, select Send all emails for the children of this customer to its email address instead, then click Use to confirm your choice. If you select this option, for each email campaign that includes both the parent and child, the parent will receive a single email with information about the parent and all children. The children will not receive an email.

If the customer is a child and you want the parent to receive the child's emails, select Send all emails to the parent's address instead. If you select this option, any emails that the child would receive will instead be sent to the parent's email address. The child will not receive an email.

Location
You can add multiple locations for the customer by clicking Add Location.
