Delete a customer

Follow these steps to delete customers from CertManager.

Only certain customers can be deleted from CertManager. The following customers can't be deleted:

  • Customers that are associated with active exemptions (including inherited exemptions) or exemptions synced to Global Tax Determination
  • Customers that have been included in an email campaign
  • Parent customers with associated child customers
CAUTION: Deleting a customer is permanent and can't be undone.
  1. Go to Settings > Customers and hover over the customer you want to delete, then click the Delete icon.
    Tip: You may have to scroll to the end of the row to see the Delete icon.
  2. A confirmation message will appear. Click Remove to delete the customer.
