Edit multiple customers at once by downloading their data, making changes, and uploading the updated data.

1. On the Customers page, select the customers you want to edit.
   • You can use filters to narrow down the list of customers.
   • To select all the customers on the current page, click the box next to Customer Name. To select all customers on all pages, click the box next to Customer Name and then click Select all # results, where # is the total number of customers in the customer table.
2. Click the Download button.
3. A message will appear confirming the number of customers you want to download. Click Continue.
4. A message will appear saying that CertManager is preparing a download. You can view the status of the download by clicking View Downloads on the message or by going to Uploads and Downloads > Downloads.
5. Once the download status is Ready, hover over the job and click the Open icon, then click Download.
   Customers download.xlsx will be downloaded to your computer.
6. Open the file and edit the customer information, then save your changes.
   • Removing any data fields will remove that data from CertManager when you upload the edited file.
   • Customer Name and Customer Number are required fields and can't be removed.

   CAUTION: Do not edit or remove anything in the Customer id column, otherwise you will not be able to upload the edited file.
7. Go to the Customers page in CertManager and click Upload.
8. Select Making changes to existing customers, then click Next.
9. Drag and drop the edited file into the box or click Browse and select the file from your computer, then click Upload.
   A message will appear saying that the file has been added to the upload queue. To view the status of the upload, go to Uploads and Downloads.
