Learn how to view your registration and billing history in PRO.
In your PRO account, you can see all the registrations you've submitted in PRO, view the status of the registrations, and check how much you were charged for each registration.
When you submit registrations, you'll also receive an email receipt from PRO. The email will be sent to the email address on file in the account that submitted the registration. These emailed receipts don't contain the breakdown of products registered, so you'll need to view a registration's history to see those specifics.
Click History to find all registrations done through your PRO account.
Here you'll find pending registrations, as well as registrations that have already been approved or rejected.
Click Edit/Details to add comments and documents to pending registrations, and access more information about the registration.
To access more information about a registration that's been approved or rejected, including a product breakdown and the cost of the registration, click View registration.
This is not available for pending registrations.
To see past charges from registrations you've submitted, access your billing history. Click My Account > Account Settings.
Click Run Billing Report.
An Excel file will download with transaction fees listed by state.
