Sovos Intelligence is a multi-domain tax compliance analytics platform that gives your organization the same view of your tax data that tax authorities have through digital reporting mandates. It connects directly to your Sovos compliance products using the same regulated data pipelines Sovos uses to submit data to authorities, so the data you analyze is the data Sovos has already validated and submitted on your behalf, without separate integrations or manual imports.
Mirror visibility
The central concept in Sovos Intelligence is mirror visibility. Tax authorities don't just receive the data you submit. They reconcile and assemble it into their own view of your tax position. Mirror visibility gives you that same vantage point. It brings together the data submitted on your behalf and the responses authorities return into one reconciled view, so you can see your tax position the way authorities see it and act on differences early. Reconciliation is part of this view, not a separate after-the-fact step.
What Sovos Intelligence includes
Sovos Intelligence organizes its tools into seven sections that you access from the main navigation menu:

- Explore your data in natural language, powered by Sovi AI: ask questions, get visualizations, and use Agentic Reporting to turn an analysis into a saved, repeatable report with no SQL required.

- View, run, and manage reports built from pre-built and custom report templates.

- Browse your unified tax data across all connected Sovos products.
- Queries
- Build and save custom SQL queries for targeted analysis.
- Connectors
- View and manage your connections to Sovos products.
- Downloads
- Access files you've exported from reports, queries, and data grids.
License types
Sovos Intelligence comes in Professional and Enterprise license types, which determine the sections and actions available to you.
- Professional
- Professional is for exploring and consuming pre-built content: natural-language analysis powered by Sovi AI with pre-built dashboards and reports.
- Enterprise
- Enterprise adds the ability to build your own custom reports and dashboards, custom queries, cross-source reconciliation, and Agentic Reporting, plus external data upload and API access.
