Retrieve a download

Find a prepared export and download it before it expires.

  1. Select Downloads in the navigation menu.
  2. Find your file. You can filter by date range and Status, or sort.

    Columns show:

    • File Name

    • Status

    • Type (for example, Data Explorer or Report)

    • Source (the originating model or report)

    • Size

    • Requested By

    • Requested At

    • Expiration Date

  3. When the status is Ready, select the Download action.

    Excel exports download as .xlsx. The system delivers reporting and data CSV exports gzip-compressed as .csv.gz. Open the file with any standard archive tool, or directly in a tool that reads gzip.

Inside a .csv.gz export, the file has these characteristics:

Encoding
UTF-8, with no byte-order mark (BOM).
Field delimiter
A semicolon (the character ;), not a comma.
Quoting
Fields may optionally be enclosed in double quotes.
NULL values
Written as empty strings.
Note: Files are no longer available after their Expiration Date (30 days after creation). The system flags a file as expiring soon within seven days of expiry. Re-export if you need it again.
