Retrieve files you have exported from across Sovos Intelligence.
Sovos Intelligence prepares the files you export from across the product and stores them in Downloads. When you request an export, Sovos Intelligence queues it here and prepares the file. You can download the file after it's ready.
Exporting is available on all license types. Within Enterprise, data-table exports require the Organization Admin or Collaborator role. Report downloads are available to all roles, including Read-only. Access to a specific file may also depend on your company-level permissions.
Note: Files expire 30 days after they're created.
Statuses
- Queued
- Waiting to be processed. The download action is disabled.
- In Progress
- The file is being prepared. The download action is disabled.
- Ready
- Ready to download. Select the Download action.
- Failed
- The export didn't complete. Select Try again to retry.
- Cancelled
- The export was cancelled before completing. No download action is available.
