Sovos Intelligence comes in two license types, Professional and Enterprise, which determine the sections and actions available to you.

Professional includes 25 AI prompts per organization per calendar month, shared across all users in your organization. One prompt is one input or instruction sent to the AI to elicit a response, and regenerations count toward the total. The allocation resets on the 1st of each month. Usage is tracked per organization (not per user) and shown in a dedicated dashboard.
A data object is the total count of discrete data records submitted, including header records, master-file entries, transactional documents, and source-document references. On Professional, the cap is 500,000 net-new or changed data objects ingested per subscription year (a fixed window anchored to the term start date, pooled annually, metered continuously with monthly reporting). Usage is visible on the Sync Logs page. When the ceiling is reached, ingestion is blocked. For data availability, see Data model schema reference, and for the full definition see Glossary page.
Default refresh cadences are per connector: VAT Filing and SAF-T refresh every 24 hours from first activation, and Compliance Network refreshes every six hours. On Enterprise, organization-specific cadences can be configured during implementation, and Organization Admins and Collaborators can trigger a manual refresh from the Connector page. See Connectors.
