Logging in and account access
Log in to Sovos Intelligence through Sovos Accounts and learn how access is granted.
Sovos Intelligence logs you in through Sovos Accounts, the shared single sign on (SSO) service. Open Sovos Intelligence at:
-
Production - https://intelligence.sovos.com
-
UAT (test) environment - https://uat-intelligence.sovos.com
Your administrator provides your account. When you open the link, the application redirects you to the Sovos Accounts log in host. Once it authenticates you, it returns you to the application. Log in uses OpenID Connect (OIDC).
The log in screen
The Sovos Accounts log in screen prompts you to enter your email and password. It has:
- Email address
- The email address associated with your account.
- Password
- Your password, with a show/hide (eye) control so you can check what you typed.
- Remember me
- A checkbox (off by default) that keeps you logged in on this device.
The screen also provides the link buttons:
-

Getting access
Access to Sovos Intelligence is invite-only. There is no self-service sign-up. An administrator invites you, and creates an account for you. For how administrators add people, see Manage users page.
For Enterprise SSO or multi-factor authentication (MFA) options, see your administrator. The standard log in screen shows only email and password fields. Identity options such as SSO and MFA may vary by organization. Check with your administrator for the options configured for your organization.
Where you land after logging in
After you log in, Sovos Intelligence opens on the first section available to your role:
- Organization Admin and Collaborator
- Lands on Insights.
- Read-Only user
- Lands on Reports, because Insights is hidden for this role.
If you land on a Choose Workspace screen after logging in, your administrator may have assigned you a different email. Choose the workspace that applies, or log in with the correct email address.
For what each role can see and do, see Roles and permissions page.
