Manage report signers

A report signer is the person at your business whose name and details will be printed on state report cover sheets.

The report signer's information is required when reporting and is often an officer of the company, such as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Some states require the signer to be available to physically sign reports. You can find states with this requirement in the State Reporting Requirements document on the Compliance Resources page.
