Safe deposit box property codes SD02, SD02, SD03, and all state-specific SDxx codes are now available in ReportMyUP Plus. Upgrade your subscription on the Billing page to unlock SDxx property codes and their tangible property detail fields.

We now support safe deposit box property codes SD01, SD02, SD03, and all state-specific SDxx codes.

A new Tangible Codes document is available on the All tab of the Compliance Resources page with a list of valid codes to use to define your box contents in each state.
Download the updated import template to learn how to add your SDxx property codes and box contents in bulk.
You can also manually add and edit safe deposit box property and their contents. Select an SDxx property code from the Property code dropdown, then fill out the fields in the Tangible property details section.
On the Properties page, you can customize the columns to include the new safe deposit box fields: Safe Deposit Box Number, Unpaid Rent, Drilling Fees, Date Opened, Opened By, and Lease Expired Date.
- Click the Plus icon in a property's row to view the list of safe deposit box contents.
- Click Download as .xlsx to review the safe deposit box properties and their contents and bulk edit them.

Previously, date fields were saving incorrectly after manually adding or editing properties. We fixed this issue.

We are now creating Oklahoma state reports in .txt format to comply with updated state submission guidelines. Previously, reports were in .hde format.
New York updated their reporting portal effective August 11, 2025. We updated the URL displayed during state reporting and in the State Reporting Requirements document to reflect this change.
