Regulatory updates

ReportMyUP and ReportMyUP Plus

• New Mexico has chosen to no longer participate in our online state reporting network. State reports must now be submitted manually on the state's website.

• California state reports are now created in .txt format to comply with updated state submission guidelines. Previously, reports were in .hde format.

• We reviewed and updated the Holder Reimbursement and Payment Methods documents.

• We reviewed the following documents and no updates were needed:

  • State Exemptions

  • Negative Report Summary

  • Relationship Code

• The following states and territories have updated their reporting portal URL. The State Reporting Requirements document and the in-app instructions at the end of the state reporting process have been updated with the new websites.
