Create and Manage Your Account

Manage subscription

Follow these steps to change your Sovos Tax Information Reporting plan or add add-on services.

Upgrade or downgrade subscription

Upgrades and add-ons take effect immediately and the prorated amount will be charged to your primary payment method. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal date and you will have access to the higher plan features through the end of your current subscription term.
  1. Go to Settings > Subscription management.
  2. Click your subscription information.
    The subscription information section is highlighted.
  3. Click Edit Subscription.
  4. Click Change.
    The Change button is highlighted.
  5. Select a plan from the dropdown.
    The plan dropdown is highlighted.
  6. Click Update.

Add add-on services

  1. Go to Settings > Subscription management.
  2. Click your subscription information.
    The subscription information section is highlighted.
  3. Click Edit Subscription.
  4. Click Add Addons.
    The Add Addons button is highlighted.
  5. Select add-on services.
    You can select multiple add-on services.
  6. Click Add.
