How to create a credit memo from an invoice in NetSuite SuiteTax with taxes from Tax Determination.

1. Go to Transactions > Sales > Invoices > List > Create.
2. Click View in the row of the invoice you want to create a credit memo from.
3. Click Credit to open the Credit Memo screen.
   Information will be carried over from the invoice.
4. Optional: On the Items tab, edit the quantity and amount.
5. Click the Apply sub-tab and select Apply to credit the entire invoice.
6. After making the adjustments, click Preview Tax.
7. Check the total tax amount in the Summary section.
8. Optional: Go to the Tax Details tab to check the individual tax lines.
9. Click Save.
