Prerequisites

Before beginning using NetSuite with Tax Determination, both NetSuite and Tax Determination need to be installed and configured.

Unless otherwise specified in the individual use cases, the tasks described require an Administrator role.

Best practices

• When running transactions with more than 500 line items, you may experience connection timeout errors. In this case, try to run the transaction later. If you continue experiencing these errors, contact Support.

• In the case of international B2B transactions, ask Professional Services to assign a tax registration number to your customer. Without a tax registration number, transactions associated with a customer will be treated as B2C transactions.
