Prioritize exemption certificates
You can prioritize certificates you use more often than others.
Certificates can be marked as having priority over other certificates when converting them to exemptions. You can do this on both the Certificates tab and the Submitted tab. This can help simplify the workflow and ensure high-priority certificates are not overlooked.
- Certificates tab
- Contains the certificates you added
- Submitted tab
- Contains the certificates submitted by customers
- Select the box next to the certificates you want to prioritize or deprioritize, then click the Priority icon.
