You can prompt customers to upload their exemption certificates individually or in bulk.

Customers can upload their certificates with the Exemption Wizard or the Bulk PDF Upload tool. They can access both from a link sent to the customer in an email.

For security reasons, the link to these tools will stay active for 14 days from the time it was emailed. Once the link has been clicked, customers can only access the tool for one hour before being locked out. The link can only be accessed once. Once the customer closes the tool, they won't be able to go back in, even if one hour has not yet passed.

Exemption Wizard

In the Exemption Wizard, a customer can upload a certificate or choose from a list of blank certificates to create their own. The customer will enter the exemption details and you only need to verify the information that the customer entered when converting the certificate into an exemption.

Bulk PDF Upload tool

This tool allows customers to upload a large number of completed exemption certificates in bulk. This option does not require customers to enter the details of the exemptions, so you will need to add them manually when you convert them into exemptions in CertManager.
