We've made some minor updates to keep you fully compliant.
New and improved
- FedEx tracking
When tracking multiple FedEx shipments, you'll see improved performance. The system can now process up to 30 tracking numbers in a single request, reducing wait times.
- REST API improvements
We've made updates so that you'll have more reliable REST API performance during high-volume periods with fewer timeouts.
Bug fixes
- Arkansas
- You can now recalculate and download Arkansas ET-1 reports that include food product orders. This resolves the issue that was blocking report generation when Use Tax orders for food were present.
- California
- Tax calculations for addresses in Temecula (41150 Via Europa) and Rutherford (8300 St Helena Hwy) now correctly reflect California CDTFA rates. This ensures accurate tax collection and compliance for these locations.
- Illinois
- You can now successfully upload Illinois ST-1/ST-2 reports without errors caused by tax rate and location code discrepancies. We corrected mappings for 12 jurisdictions to align with Illinois Department of Revenue requirements.
- Mississippi
- You can now recalculate state Monthly Excise and Quarterly Direct Shipper reports even when you have no orders for the period. This eliminates the error that previously prevented report generation in zero-order scenarios.
