The following updates were released in ShipCompliant April 6, 2026.

New and improved

Brand registrations
We updated Illinois product registrations to support electronic filing. You can now submit Illinois registration packets electronically for both direct-to-consumer and wholesale channels through ShipCompliant Market Ready.
Tax filing
We added the ability to regenerate Colorado tax filings when you upload new location data. You can now update your Colorado Retail Sales and Use Tax Return with new locations during an active filing period.

Regulatory updates

Arkansas
We added a new quarterly direct wine shipper report for Arkansas. You can now subscribe to this report in your report settings and generate it following the standard quarterly period structure. The report is first due April 15, 2026, for orders from January 1 through March 31, 2026, and covers wine, sparkling wine, and cider shipments within the applicable alcohol content thresholds.
Louisiana
We updated the filing method for Louisiana distributor shipment notices and invoices to electronic filing only through the Louisiana Department of Revenue portal. We also updated the report template to the new XLSX format and adjusted the due date from the 15th to the 20th every month. You can now file distributor shipment reports electronically and use the updated template that reflects current state requirements.
West Virginia
We updated the WNE-02 Direct Shipper's Report of Wine Shipped template to match the latest state format. You can now download the report as an XLSX file in addition to the existing PDF format.
