Registrations for both DtC and wholesale
Some registrations apply to both direct-to-consumer and wholesale distribution.
In some states, registering a label for wholesale distribution will also register it for direct-to-consumer (DtC) distribution. This means that only one registration is required per COLA/product to sell both wholesale and direct-to-consumer, as long as you are licensed to do both. This applies to Connecticut, Michigan, Montana, New Jersey, Ohio, South Dakota and West Virginia.
