Update product prices in bulk on the Setup Products page

Learn how to change the price of multiple products at once.

You can change product prices individually within your ShipCompliant account, but if you need to update a lot of prices at once, a bulk import is a faster option. In Products, you'll find a blank template to add new product data. Use the blank template in Products if you are entering new product information into ShipCompliant, or are updating a lot of product information at once.

In ShipCompliant, go to Setup, then click Products.
Click Import Products.
Select the import template that suits your needs.
- The ShipCompliant import template allows you to create or update products and specify product price by FOB and by state.
- The Advanced Pricing import template includes all the ShipCompliant fields, and adds fields for Price Discount Notes.
- The Lite Pricing import template is a pared-down version that allows you to import and update prices only for existing products.
- The VAP/Combo/Kit import template allows you to create new combos/kits from existing products or update pricing for existing combo/kit products.
Add your data to the template.
Click the Column Descriptions tab for descriptions of how to enter the data into the .xls sheet.
Once you are finished updating the template, return to the Import Products page.
Click Choose File, and select your completed template. Then click Upload.
