Add product prices in bulk on the Wholesale Prices page when you're importing prices for price posting.

1. In ShipCompliant, go to Setup, then click Wholesale Prices.
2. Click Export.
3. Select the import template that suits your needs from the dropdown.

   • Lite Pricing (most common) is a pared-down version that allows you to import and update prices only for existing products.

   • ShipCompliant Excel and ShipCompliant CSV allow you to create or update products and specify product price by FOB and by state.

   • Advanced Pricing includes all the ShipCompliant fields, and adds fields for Price Discount Notes.

4. Select FOB points to include.

   • Selecting Include All FOB Points includes all products and prices, and is the most thorough option.

   • Include Default FOB Point Only. This option will show if you have more than one FOB point.

   • Include a specific FOB point only. This option will show for each FOB point you have, if you have more than one.

5. Add your data to the template.
   Click the Column Descriptions tab to read descriptions of all template fields.
6. Once you are finished updating the template, return to the Manage Wholesale Prices page, click Choose File and select your completed template.
7. Select the Create Legacy Price Postings checkbox if you want to prevent price posting submissions from being created.
   When you select this box, no price posting submission requirement will be created. A historical record of existing price postings for each product with a price will be created.
8. Click Import.
