Hide products from view

Hide products to remove them from view without deleting them.

You might have too many products to navigate through - you can hide (or retire) the products rather than delete them. This won't get rid of their information permanently, but will allow you to browse your products without seeing old or irrelevant results.

In ShipCompliant, go to Setup, and click Products.
Find the product you wish to hide. Hover over it, and click Edit.
Deselect the checkboxes for both Wholesale and Direct. Click Save.
To view retired products, select either Retired (Not Distributed) or All Products (Including Retired Products) from the Product Distribution dropdown.
