Declare no data

This task details the process on how to declare no data on IPT Filing Services.

  1. When no data is being declared for a territory, click the No data button to open a sliding panel called Select territories with no data.

  2. The date on the sliding panel defaults to the current month. Click the Calendar icon or arrows to select the correct month.

  3. Click the Search icon, type, or click in the Territory box to add the territory or territories which you want to declare as having no data.

  4. To exit the No Data upload screen without declaring No Data for any territories, click Cancel.
  5. If you want to add a comment, type it into the comment box and click the Send icon.
  6. Click Done to declare that you have No data for the month and territories selected.
  7. All territories selected for that period will be marked as No Data on the Data page.
