This task provides instructions on how to download single or multiple data files from the system interface.

1. To download a single data file, scroll to the last column, click the More options icon, and select Download.
   
2. To download multiple data files, select the checkboxes next to the lines you want to download and click the Download icon.
   
3. The associated files will be downloaded in a zip file for easy access; this zip file contains the Client name, Date, Time, and Period.
