Sovi is the Sovos built-in AI assistant, available 24/7 directly within the Sovos platform. It helps you get answers without searching documentation or opening support tickets, all without leaving your current screen.
Sovi AI can answer questions about product features, guide you through processes step-by-step, show relevant documentation, respond in your language, and retain conversation history across a session.
Powered by large language models through AWS Bedrock, Sovi AI is built around Sovos product knowledge and regulatory expertise. All conversation data is processed securely and never used to train Sovos products , in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

- Sovi AI integration modes
- You can use Sovi AI with the SAF-T solution in two ways:
The Ask Sovi button.
The Diagnose button.
- Ask Sovi AI button
- In the Audit Results section, the Ask Sovi AI button appears at the end of each rule row. When you click it, Sovi AI writes a pre-prompt in the chat.
- Diagnose button
- On the Findings Results page, when you click the Diagnose button, Sovi AI sends a predefined prompt to the chat automatically.
Use the Ask Sovi button
- In the left panel, go to .
- In the Audit table, find the rule you want to know more about, then click the Ask Sovi button at the end of the row.

- Click Diagnose within the Sovi Diagnose box.
