Export transactions on hold

If a return has many transactions on hold, you can export the transactions in a CSV file to review them.

The exported file only includes held transactions on a single return. To see all held transactions on all returns, use the Data On Hold report on the Reports page.

  1. On the Returns page, click the return.
  2. Click the Download icon, then click Export Data On Hold.
    A message appears saying that Sales Tax Filing is generating a CSV.

The CSV file will be automatically downloaded to your computer. The file name follows this format: DataOnHold_ReturnName_MM_DD_YYYY.
