Alarms

Alarms notify users by email when specific events occur in the platform, such as low folio stock or an expiring digital certificate.

The Alarmas section has three sub-sections:

Administración de alarmas de Procesos

Configure alarms triggered by document and folio activity, such as running low on folios or a document rejection.

Administración de alarmas de Plataforma

Configure alarms related to platform components, such as certificate expiration.

Bitácora de alarmas

View the history of alarms that were triggered.

Process alarms are also organized by integration type (manual input, BackOffice, POS), letting you configure different thresholds and recipients for each system.

Configure process alarms

You must have the security administrator profile to complete this task.

  1. Go to Panel de Control > Alarmas > Administración de alarmas de Procesos.
  2. Click the code of the alarm you want to configure.
  3. Complete the alarm parameters, including the threshold and the email addresses that should receive notifications.
  4. Click Modificar.

Configure platform alarms

You must have the security administrator profile to complete this task.

  1. Go to Panel de Control > Alarmas > Administración de alarmas de Plataforma.
  2. Click the alarm code to configure it.
  3. Complete the recipient email, parameters, and resend interval.
  4. Click Modificar.

View the alarm log

You must have the security administrator profile to complete this task.

  1. Go to Panel de Control > Alarmas > Bitácora de alarmas.

    The Log de alarmas screen opens.

  2. use any of the following filters:
    Fecha Recepción

    Enter a date range in the DD-MM-AAAA format.

    Alarma

    Select an alarm type from the dropdown (default: TODOS).

    Mensaje

    Enter a message keyword.

  3. Click Buscar.
