You must have the standard or administrator profile to complete this task.

  1. Confirm you’re running release R67.6.0 or later.
    If you're using an older version, contact Sovos to update.
  2. If the issue persists after the update, contact soporte-chile@sovos.com with the document folio number and the document type.
