Resolve the problems that appear most often: pending documents, generation errors, failed SII submissions, and expired folios.

Start from the symptom that you see on screen. Most problems come from folios, from the connection with the Servicio de Impuestos Internos (SII), or from the data in the source file, and each one has a defined procedure.

When a document stays pending after reconciliation, check the folio range and the submission log before you generate the document again, so you avoid issuing it twice.
