Review pending documents by urgency
You must have the claims module permissions to complete this task.
The Pendientes tab groups documents by how close they are to the eight-day rejection deadline. Use the subtabs to prioritize which documents need immediate action. Documents in the Pendiente Fecha Autorización subtab do not yet have an SII authorization date, so the eight-day clock hasn't started.
- Go to Portal de Reclamaciones and click the Pendientes tab.
- Select the urgency subtab that matches your priority:
- Vencen Hoy

Documents that expire today.
- Vencen en 1 a 3 Días

Documents expiring in 1 to 3 days.
- Vencen en 4 a 6 Días

Documents expiring in 4 to 6 days.
- Vencen en 7 a 8 Días

Documents expiring in 7 to eight days.
- Pendiente Fecha Autorización

Documents without an SII authorization date yet.
- Use the filters to narrow the list.
- Click Filtrar.
- Select documents using the checkboxes.
- You have two options:.
- To reject the selected documents, click Reclamar.
- To approve the selected documents, click ERM.
You can click Exportar .csv to export the list with your current filter.
