Add-on modules extend the standard Paperless functionality with specialized capabilities that require a separate contract.

The modules in this section are not included in the standard Paperless contract. Each one requires a separate fee. The Sovos Professional Services team activates it during implementation. Contact your Sovos account representative to learn more about enabling any add-on.

Documentos Contables Electrónicos

Manages the annual accounting books required by the Servicio de Impuestos Internos (SII).

Cesión de Documentos

Lets your company run the factoring (cesión) process directly from Paperless.

Portal de Reclamaciones

Automates the approval and rejection of inbound documents based on configurable rules.

Folio Management

Automates the entire folio lifecycle, including automatic requests to the SII.
