You must have the claims module permissions to complete this task.
The Proveedores tab shows all providers that have sent you documents. Providers are split into two groups:
- No identificados
- Unidentified providers from which the system received documents but that you haven't categorized yet.
- Propios
- Your own providers, moved to your personal list, usually to add contact information.
- Go to Portal de Reclamaciones and click the Proveedores tab.
- Select the No identificados or Propios subtab.
- To search for a provider, enter their RUT or Razón Social in the filter fields.
