Ask Insights a question in natural language and review the answer.

Sovi AI Q&A is available to Collaborators and Organization Admins on both Professional and Enterprise licenses, and is hidden from Read-Only users. Professional is limited to 25 prompts per organization per calendar month (see License types).

Important:

One prompt is one input or instruction sent to the AI to elicit a response. Regenerations count. The allocation resets on the 1st of each month. The system tracks usage per organization (not per user) and shows it in a dedicated dashboard.

1. Go to Insights. The home page shows suggested questions and your recent conversations.
2. Type your question in plain language in the Ask a question field, for example, “Produce a monthly VAT trend analysis” or “Break down my 2024 VAT per tax code with monthly evolution.”
3. Select Send or press Enter. Insights opens the chat and streams the answer.
4. Review the answer. When your question returns data, switch between a table, a chart (when applicable), and the Sovi AI-generated SQL query.
5. Use Rate to give feedback or Copy to copy the response.
6. Ask follow-up questions in the same chat to refine or go deeper.
