New and improved

Form management
  • We added a Clone Form to In-Progress action for cancelled forms. If a form was cancelled by you or by the Service Bureau, you can now copy the information into a new, editable form. This is available for individual forms or in bulk for entire orders.

  • We improved the batch form cloning process to preserve original filer addresses and department details during duplication.

  • The 1095 data health check now processes large datasets and complex form relationships faster.

Checkout
  • Updating your billing address after a declined payment now recalculates sales tax and order totals automatically. A summary window confirms the new total before payment, and any overpaid funds are returned to your account balance.

Order management
  • We redesigned the Order Detail page with a cleaner layout. The cost breakdown, including taxes, credits, and discounts, now displays in a dedicated summary section.

  • The table listing the forms has improved spacing, clearer borders, and a new Bulk Actions menu to help you manage multiple forms at once.
