Verify your identity by capturing your document and taking a selfie for biometric comparison.

1. When the verification starting page opens, accept the terms and conditions and click Iniciar verificación, then follow the on-screen prompts.
2. When the camera opens, position the front side of your document within the capture frame and hold the camera steady until the system confirms the capture is successful.

   Click the camera icon on your screen to switch between the front and rear cameras.

   

   Make sure the capture occurs before the countdown timer expires.

3. Turn your document over to show the back side, align it within the capture frame and repeat step 2.
4. The system returns a message confirming the document verification status. After successful verification, wait until the next screen appears to continue the process.
5. On the new information screen, click Continuar to take your selfie and then follow the on-screen prompts.
6. Position yourself in front of the camera with your face centered in the frame and follow the system instructions.
7. Hold the camera steady until the system captures and confirms your selfie.
   
8. The system returns a message confirming the final verification status.
