Manage password
Learn how to change your own password or reset it if you're locked out. Administrators can reset passwords for other users.
Change password
- Go to :
- On the new page, click Security on the menu:
Reset password
- On the login screen, click Forgot password.
- Enter your email address and click Continue.
- Copy the six-digit recovery code sent to your email address.
- On to the Check verification code page, paste the code into the field.
- Click Next.
- Enter and confirm the new password.
- Click Continue.
- Click Continue again to return to the login page.
