Two-factor authentication setup issues

You can't set up two-factor authentication while creating your Sovos account.
Note:

If you're having issues with setting up two-factor authentication, you can skip this step and create your account without it. You can always enable it later from your account settings. Your account will work without two-factor authentication, though it's less secure. You can also check your authenticator app's knowledge base for troubleshooting tips specific to your app.

  1. If you can't scan the QR code, try manually entering the setup key instead.
  2. If the setup key is not working, make sure you're copying the entire key without spaces.
  3. If the app won't generate codes, try closing and reopening your authenticator app.
  4. If you're getting error messages, contact Support.
