The six-digit authentication code is not working
If these steps don't work, check your authenticator app's knowledge base for app-specific troubleshooting tips.
- Make sure your device clock is accurate.
- Enable automatic time sync on your phone or computer.
- Try a new code after adjusting the clock and time sync settings.
- Wait for a new code. They change every 30 seconds, so don't reuse old codes.
- Check that you're using the right account in your authenticator app.
- Don't include spaces - enter only the six digits.
