Create the Sovos folder for .csv exports

Learn how to create the Sovos folder for .csv exports in NetSuite SuiteTax for Tax Determination.

After using the Sovos Accounting Close Suitelet to permanently commit transactions to Tax Determination, you can export your audit history as a .csv file. These .csv files should be stored in the Sovos folder.
  1. Go to Documents > Files > File Cabinet.
    A scheduled script will run to add the countries you selected.
  2. Click New Folder.
  3. In the Folder Name field, enter Sovos and click Save.
    The folder name is case-sensitive.
The Sovos folder now appears on the File Cabinet screen.
