Follow these steps to check if a transaction type is active in NetSuite SuiteTax for Tax Determination.

Sovos allows certain transaction types to be inactive in the connector. If a transaction type is not active, no calculation call will be sent to Tax Determination for tax calculation and no tax will be shown on the screen.

1. Go to Customization > Lists, Records, & Fields > Record Types.
2. In the Sovos Configuration Record row, click List.
3. In the Sovos Configuration row, click Edit.

On the Sovos Tax Configuration tab, you can see all transaction types. If the box is selected, the transaction type is active; if the box is clear, the transaction type is inactive.
