What to expect
During your upgrade from UPExchange to ReportMyUP, no action is needed—your service will continue seamlessly. This is an automated process, you can't upgrade yourself.
You will receive an email with your specific upgrade date. When you log in to UPExchange on that date, you will be prompted to get started in ReportMyUP. Your active users and all your data will move with you, and your service will continue until the end of your current subscription. Before your renewal date, you must add your billing and payment information in ReportMyUP.
