Follow these steps to view and download your due diligence letters.

1. Go to Due Diligence > Letter History.
2. Use the quick filters to narrow down the results and find letters.

   Report year

   The year the properties were due.

   State

   The state where the due diligence letter was sent.

   
   Tip:

   To sort the letters by ascending or descending order in a column, click the column header.

3. Click the More options icon in the Action column and select Download.
   

   Note:

   If you selected multiple states at the State and Year step of the due diligence letter process, the following files for those states are included in the zip file:

   • Letters in .pdf format.

   • A list of properties due diligence letters were created for in .xlsx and .csv format.
